EZ TRANSLATIONS is happy to offer you a non-binding estimate. Your query is processed within 1 working day after receipt. This service is provided free of charge!

Each translation and each proofreading is a unique individual task. Pricing is based on the "standard line" (55 characters, incl. spaces).

We also offer time-based pricing (rate per hour), or number count based (word set).

End cost factors to be considered:

• Complexity of source text
• Source text format
• Speed orders or weekend assignments
• Proofreading, formatting

The format of the text for translation/correction has a large influence on the pricing to be charged. Experience has shown that Word, PowerPoint and Excel are the easiest and quickest to process. Items sent as a text in PDF format, imaged texts, scanned copies, or texts in formats other than MS Word, require the use of decoder programs, which may involve extra costs. For formatting issues we offer time-based (hour-based) pricing.

Orders placed at short notice may be subject to a price increase of circa 40%. This also applies to orders processed on weekends or public holidays.

Each text is different and requires different proofreading efforts. In this case we also offer time-based pricing.
